Maketing Manager

 Develop tools to measure the effectiveness of Marketing activities, manage and optimize the use of Marketing budget.
 Organize, build and develop the Company brand.
Job description
 Coordinate & supervise the implementation and coordination of the Marketing team and agency on content, design, advertising, ensuring KPI and achieving maximum efficiency. Ensure consistency and professionalism
 Report to Director of Sales & Marketing, under Sales & Marketing Department
 Conceptualize, coordinate and deploy content campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, community pages..., to increase brand recognition
 Develop and implement marketing strategies and promote services according to the Company&039;s general goals and directions.

 Creative and passionate about work.
 Graduated from university or higher with majors related to Marketing, basic English proficiency
 Ability to update new marketing tools & trends on the market, choose the type to use to reach target customers, and apply effectively to project communication.
 Creative, meticulous, decisive, strategic thinking
 Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position, priority is given to candidates with knowledge of the accommodation/resort/culinary market
 Observation skills, sensitivity to trends, market fluctuations, and advertising tools to come up with reasonable campaigns
 Team operations & risk management skills
 Have creative thinking, knowledgeable about basic ADS marketing, design, and editing.
 Reporting and evaluation skills, project management skills
