Mall Development Officer (HCM Head Office - 385)

Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Development Officer.

+ Working time: 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM, Monday- Friday
+ Work location: HCM Branch Office- 15th Floor, LIM Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str., Da Kao Ward, D1, HCMC
+ Report to: Deputy Manager
File and update candidate sites( 20%);
Other tasks as assigned by supervisors (10%).
Support other members to prepare materials to make reports/proposals to management (20%);
Survey and make a catchment map of the assigned area (10%);
Build up database system of retail market; infrastructure development and economic indexes in company&039;s strategic areas (20%);
Handle department administration tasks on time such as RFA, payments, etc…(20%);
