Management Trainee

Learning
- Knowledge Preparation: get introduced to overall structure, KPIs & performance, applied systems and functional knowledge of received departments
- Relationship Establishment: Build their own network within section and related parties.
- Skill Preparation: Learn and practice some fundamental skills of specific fields as needed
Management Support
- Management Experience: Directly manage some specific KPIs under the coaching of manager: evaluate the status; identify the target; monitor the progress; identify & tackle problems; keep update & reporting to line manager or Manager one-up
- Manager Accompany: Go along with Manager in daily activities; participate in cross-sectional and cross- functional meetings with Manager; jot down the key information after meetings and submit manager to review & fulfill the understanding
- Secretarial Support: Support manager to transcribe the ideas into appropriate formats and proof-reading outgoing materials, regular reports or new SOPs, procedures or work processes as needed
Project Support
- Project Management: ensure assigned projects are on schedule and in compliance to policies, standards and procedures, in particular: review project progress with the project teams; report the progress and issues to the Manager and Department Director. Assist the manager in resolving the issues with the project teams.
- Project Leadership: take the lead in assigned project teams as needed.

- (Preferable) Evaluated all MLCs at level 2
- (Preferable) Coaching skill
- At least FR3 at G5 in previous year
- At least 2 year experience as Manager or expert in that field
