Your Journey with Koobiz:
Foundation Phase – Consultant Trainee
Participate in official professional courses organized by Singapore/HongKong government agencies.
Receive full company sponsorship to take the examinations and obtain certifications upon completion of these courses.
Engage directly with international clients (via email, calls, messages).
Understand company incorporation processes, compliance requirements, and post- incorporation services (bank accounts, nominee director, registered office, etc.).
Develop essential skills in communication, problem- solving, and client service.
Learn the fundamentals of consulting and corporate services.
Consultant Phase
Once you master the basics, you’ll progress to a Consultant role where you will:
Begin to mentor new trainees and contribute to team development.
Deliver professional consultation on legal, regulatory, and business requirements.
Advise and manage multiple client portfolios across jurisdictions.
Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Leadership Development Phase (Based on performance & potential)
Manager Track: Strategic involvement in business expansion, process improvement, and cross- border service development.
Senior Consultant → Team Leader: Lead a team of consultants, oversee client projects, and drive performance.
