Manager, Asset Management

• Do market research, manage market intelligence and other reports to management on the market, legal update and industry information in Vietnam.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with external parties likes brokers, government authorities, banker, investors.
• Assist investment team in sourcing for financing, external fund investors and setting up new private equity funds. Monitor, evaluate and report on the performance of the fund.
• Conduct project control group meeting and coordinating among various departments during the project planning, development and operation period.
• Manage Company’s real estate portfolio including commercial, residential and mixed-use development.
• Plan and forecast the growth of asset portfolio for the company
• Monitor timeline, legal process, budget, cash flow and return for each asset.
• Set up, control and monitor key performance indicators for respective departments during the project planning, development and operation to achieve ROE and Profit for the project.
• Work closely with Property Management team to ensure the asset is well managed and maintained
• Any such other matters as instructed by the Company from time to time.
• Implement strategies to establish proper market position, pricing and segmentation of the asset.

- A highly numerate, strategic thinker and working knowledge of financial tools.
- Ability to work well independently under great pressure and adaptability to quick changes.
- Analytical, meticulous and detail oriented
- At least 5 years’ experience in real estate investment asset management and development.
- Highly self-motivated and self-driven attitude.
- Degree in Real Estate or Finance-related
- Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellence English speaking and writing.
