 Study and propose budget rate and scope for projects
 Create and update the budget and cost data
 Review and appraise functional cost plans to conform with project budget
Cost data control
Cost analysis
 Monitor/report how project budget plan be implemented in project development
 Evaluate the correctness and proper establishment of functional cost plans
Budget analysis
 Attend and provide budget information to annual business planning process.
 Manage and provide data to other teams for reference/execution;
 Establish/update project budget plan with a proper record of changes
Execution and performing operational tasks (Budget analysis, Cost analysis, Cost data control) to ensure delivery of the project based on best practices and guidelines.
 Build a template for functional cost plans
Collaboration with Center of Excellences (COEs), constantly working and collaborating with COEs based on defined COA.

 Comprehensive presentation skill
 Good English: Speaking & Listening, reading and formal writing
 Bachelor’s Degree in Construction/Economics/Management
 At least 7- year experiences in Budget/Cost Control of Construction/ Project Management/ RE Development
 Project management skill
 Resource/work breakdown structure management
 Project development process understanding
