RESPONSIBILITIES
Consult and tailor an Ailiate program solution that align with the customer&039;s business goals.
Identify potential risks in sales or partnerships and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them.
to support business development eorts.
Act as a key liaison with other departments to ensure alignment on business goals.
Mentor or support junior sales team members when needed.
Set goals and manage team performance: Define KPIs, set clear sales targets, track progress, and coach the team toward achieving goals.
Proposed to BOD actionable business strategies and facilitated cross- departmental implementation
Team training and development: Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities for the sales/affiliate team.
Contribute to the development of sales materials, pitch decks, case studies, and internal documentation
Identify target customers and Business opportunities.
Lead end to end sale process: find leads, pitch, negotiate, close deal, and keeping long term relationships.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
Proactive, self- driven, able to manage multiple deals independently under pressure.
At least three years of work experience in Business Development B2B and lead team
Keep up with the flexible and versatile schedule to follow with both domestic and international customers.
Communicate well in English.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
A keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities for successful collaborations.
GOOD TO HAVE
Candidates with strong knowledge and connections in Banking, Finance, Marketing are preferred.
Proficient in using Microsoft Oice and related software.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.

Probationary: 100% salary- Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be by the Labor Law.
Working time: Monday- Friday (9am to 6pm)

Base salary is about 1000$- 1500$ with uncapped commission scheme.
