Job Summary
Responsible for the sales of genlab instruments with the objective to hit yearly sales target via local distributors channel (sub- dealers)
General Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customer
Increase customer base and market share by keeping updated with current market information, changing trends and economic indicators
Ensure thorough market coverage for territories assigned and develop a sub- dealer network
Create demand pull in the territory through cold- calling, targeted customer visits and maximizing the utilisation of marketing collateral
Responsible for the sales of genlab instruments with the objective to hit yearly sales target
Retain a high level of technical and sales competence by keeping abreast with the latest techniques and development of the products
Ensure timely delivery of reporting and forecasting through utilisation of the company sales tools
Maintain a healthy relationships with suppliers by providing prompt and accurate feedback or updates
Developing relationships with customers and maximizing customer satisfaction without sacrificing profitability
Constant discussions and update with immediate superior to ensure yearly sales target can be achieved
Functional Skills And Knowledge
In depth knowledge of laboratory products (familiar with products of Binder, ThermoFisher, Leica, Lauda,…)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Accomplished sales skills, demonstrates value as a supporting partner in the pre- sales process, while also independently driving sales throughout all stages of the sales process to meet sales targets
Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with colleagues and customers at all levels
Experience in selling genlab products
Working Experience
Minimum 2- 3 years of experience selling genlab equipments
