Manager - Investor Relation

Work closely with BoM to execute on key M&A and investment projects;
Support the preparation of marketing materials, Board notes, and facilitating diligence, as required. Draw conclusions from data to make recommendations that contribute to the success of the Company’s inorganic growth initiatives;
Participate in and lead certain aspects of transaction execution including project management, due diligence and valuation. Work closely with business teams, internal functional experts (eg. legal, accounting, tax, etc.), and outside advisors to support execution;
Support strategic business development to improve market positioning and financial growth of the company, scout new/beneficial technologies;
Assist post- acquisition integration by ensuring that cross- functional teams are all executing on their respective M&A integration plans;
Take primary responsibility for coordination in developing of financial projections for merger and acquisition opportunities. Perform detailed financial analysis; develop comprehensive pro forma financial models (including accretion/dilution analysis), valuation analysis, and synergy models in support of potential transactions;
Assess and advise on potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions;
Interface with various functions across the company, such as Marketing, Product and Tech, Legal, Intellectual Property Management to align strategies;
Responsible for creating and delivering high quality presentation materials and reports to business unit leaders and senior corporate executives;
Collaborate across the company to help assess and prioritize M&A transactions to best align with corporate strategy and growth objectives;

Industry expertise in payments and/or technology preferred;
No audit experience needed;
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in investment banking experience and a good knowledge of the fintech / consumer digital economy;
Appetite to learn and comfort with ambiguity;
2- 3 years experience in the investment banking division. Or proven deep modeling experience for public and private transactions and a clear understanding of the transaction process;
Strong presentation, negotiation and problem- solving skills;
Very detail oriented but also experienced in running a project independently and working directly with very senior professionals;
Start- up, proactive, innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with can- do attitude;
Excellent communications (verbal, written, PowerPoint) and analysis skills (Excel);
Good understanding of the consumer digital/fintech landscape in SEA or Vietnam. Both companies and technologies;
Confident personality, with excellent English and Vietnamese verbal skills;
A positive and healthy can- do attitude.
