What you will do
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the Marketing Platform, aligned with the company’s overall marketing and distribution goals.
Identify opportunities for growth, market unmet needs, revenue generation, and increased MoMo platform engagement through the Marketing Platform.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure our platform remains competitive and innovative.
Marketing Services Business Development:
Drive the development of Marketing solutions and services by collaborating with Product and Tech teams.
Lead the efforts in product packaging, ensuring the creation of compelling offerings that meet merchants’ needs and drive User Engagement.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to effectively promote and market the Marketing Platform and solutions.
Lead development of positioning, and go- to- market plans for the Marketing Platform services.
Marketing Services Operations:
Oversee the operational aspects of marketing services, including content management, campaign execution, performance tracking, and merchant satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing services and optimize merchant outcomes (customer success).
Implement and automate effective processes, systems, and metrics to drive operational efficiency and quality.
Team Leadership:
Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Foster a collaborative and high- performing culture within the team.
Internal and External Partner Enabling and Support:
Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Units, Product, Tech and Customer Service, to ensure seamless integration and utilization of the marketing platform.
Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders to enable them to effectively leverage the Marketing Platform.
What you will need
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities, with the capacity to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in product, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Product, Marketing technology or related roles.
Results- oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, technologies, and trends.
