Manager of LCL Business Development - Freight Logistics

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate departmental projects to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
Implement innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to clients&039; needs.
Lead and develop the sales team, including Inside Sales and Field Sales, within the Sales Department.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams across origin and destination offices to achieve business goals.
Identify and target new customers and business opportunities to expand the client base.
Create and manage LCL (Less than Container Load) consoles
Oversee team performance, providing motivation and support to meet and exceed targets.
Foster a culture of open communication within the team to enhance collaboration and productivity.
Ensure exceptional customer experience for LCL clients, with an emphasis on building loyalty.

Working Hours and Location

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
District 1, HCM

Qualifications and Requirements

Strong organizational, management, and leadership skills.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in LCL product sales and business development.
Established customer portfolio and strong relationships with co- loaders.
Diploma or degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in creating LCL consoles
Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales team while achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
