Manager of Quality Vietnam

- Supervise quality inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance
- Responsible for the entire Quality Management System, including ac-tual documentation of all processes and guidelines
- Stay current and up to date to regulations / approvals and any chang-es that may affect the Quality Management System, process and product quality and act accordingly
- Control the product manufacturing process to ensure quality
- Improve reliability of product and production development processes, maintain company quality standards and corporate compliance
- Control all product and production development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
- Responsible that quality control gates are in place and followed like IQC, IPQC, OQC, including supervision of audits in Vietnam
- Set requirements for inspection of raw material or intermediate prod-ucts for suppliers and monitor their compliance in consultation with technical departments

- Business fluent in English
- Knowledge of Quality-Tools, e.g. ISHIKAWA, 8D (CAPA), FMEA, PPAP, KAIZEN
- Strong skills in observing, analysing processes and incidents
- Master´s degree in Engineering or related disciplines (technical affini-ty)
- Deep knowledge of ISO requirements (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485)
- Good knowledge of MS office (additional knowledge of SAP is a plus)
- At least 3 years experience in Quality Management (e.g. QA, QC, in-spection, system) gained through work experience in field of produc-tion / Electronic industry
- Excellent communication skills and professional people management
