Job Purpose
- The job holder manages, operating and supervising activities related to general office services at the Head Office building, according to assigned functions and duties), complying with the Bank&039;s regulations to ensure service quality as committed
Mission:
- Building and managing and using effectively the building management and operation budget, the shared budget assigned to manage according to the annual operation plan, according to the approved limit.
- Develop policies, regulations, processes and professional guidelines related to Building Operations Manager
- Evaluate the quality and performance results of departments and individuals in the unit.
- Urge, inspecting and supervising functional departments, individuals in the unit and relevant contractors/specialist units to fully perform their duties and responsibilities in accordance with regulations.
- Developing and implementing the operation plan of the Building Operations Manager in line with the operation orientation of the Division/Bank&039;s Leaders.
- Manage resources, ensure to maintain adequate and quality resources.
Responsibilities:
- Performing internal and external affairs (working within Techcombank, its subsidiaries/affiliated companies and related agencies within the scope of management and operation of the Building).
- Ensure the activities of Building Operations Manager in compliance with policies, processes, regulations, internal guidelines,... and service quality commitments (SLAs).
- Manage and supervise the service quality in the operation of the Contractor&039;s Building.
- Act as the focal point of Building Operations Manager/ Internal Service&039;s cultural management, responsible to the Bank&039;s Board of Directors, relevant agencies for the management and operation of the assigned Building.
- Identify risks of the unit through the operation process, coordinate with related units to develop methods of risk measurement, assessment and mitigation.
Authority:
- Sign administrative documents and approve the contents of activities according to the functions and tasks of the unit based on the decentralization and authorization of the Board of Directors, CEO and Head of Director.
- Proposing to the Board of Directors issues to: Meet the necessary resources to ensure the unit operates in accordance with the set objectives; Adjust the assigned strategies/objectives and plans to match the efficiency and actual work of each period

- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals
- Responsible for developing talents within the team
- Manage team performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);
- Communicate team and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to team members
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at sub- function level
- Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.
- Enable team member’s professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, etc.
