All Managers will be given autonomy to build your teams but have the full support of a leadership team who will support you and provide hands on training for you to achieve your goals.
We are currently hiring Managers, Principal or Senior Consultants for our Ho Chi Minh Vietnam office who can build and lead a team in Technology, Legal, Sales and Marketing, C- Suite, and Finance disciplines across Banking, Construction, Engineering, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing and other industries.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
We will be looking at CVs with the following profiles:

Possess strong written and spoken communication skills at all levels in English and preferably Vietnamese
Excellent recruitment skills and in- depth understanding of the complete recruitment life cycle
Someone with strong ethics and morals, positive energy and loyalty
Strong computer literacy and knowledge of job boards, recruitment databases, and automation
Someone with at least 3 years of recruitment experience and for managers at least 1- 2 years in management capacity building, nurturing, and driving a team, yet still hands- on billing regularly
A natural, energetic, and driven leader who can attract, inspire and push your team forward
Good understanding of sales targets and budgets
Ability to train and establish standards and best practices aligned with DJRecruit methods
Have a strong proven revenue history and a track record of personally building client and candidate relationships and networks
