GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Head of Department, Sales – North / South Region is responsible for establishing, managing, implementing and controlling business activities for all projects and products of the Group to complete business plans and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategies, business plans, goals, budgets, sales policies.
- Establish business operations for products and projects in the management area, including Business Strategy, Sales Objectives & Sales Plan, towards achieving FY’s sales target.
- Advising the Executive Board in planning business strategies for the management area
- Develop a distribution channel strategy and business model according to the Group&039;s strategy.
Business activities.
- Organize and coordinate business activities.
- Building, developing and managing distribution channels to achieve NLG&039;s revenue & sales targets to serve the Group&039;s short, medium and long- term business strategy.
- Participate with related departments and subsidiaries of the Group to jointly build products (design, planning) to improve product value and optimize benefits for the Group.
- Support sales and solve customer requirements in the pre- & post- sales stage.
- Establish & implement sales guidelines and policies including selling price policies, payment policies, bank support policies, etc.
Manage and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Coordinating with lawyers related to contractual issues with clients and business- related contracts, PMU to hand over products as planned, and Operations & Asset Management department to ensure operations as committed.
- Improve customer satisfaction from pre- purchase to product handover.
- Promote relevant departments to complete legal procedures to issue title certificates and carry out procedures for granting title certificates to customers when eligible.
- Manage the implementation of contract signing with customers in a timely and accurate manner and ensure complete and scientific contract archiving.
- Establish good relationship with external real estate agencies to promote harmonious working environment, producing desired sales results.
Marketing activities.
- Support to build databases for customers.
- Supporting the development of strategies & action plans for communication management & brand development, product lines, projects in the management area
- Coordinate together with the communication and marketing department to develop the brand for products/projects.
- Support the construction & development while managing the loyalty program for customers and residents.
- Supporting the construction and development of sales activities of the company (B2B marketing), home buyers.
