Mô tả công việc

Key responsibilities: The position is in charge of multi functions of 2.5 FTE (3 HC) as detailed below:
Tax:
Tax planning
- Identify & propose tax planning opportunities including financial structure and dividend policy for the company to minimize the total tax load and (financing) costs related to tax payments.
Operational tax
- Undertakes a variety of operational tax assignments which have clear and specified objectives, including VAT, withholding tax and other applicable taxes.
- Timely, accurately posting monthly tax transactions into ERP system.
- Tax Reporting correctly and timely in OneStream – Group Tax.
- Tax invoice administration and advice, including E- invoicing regulation.
- Tax reports into internal group system (TCF)
Compliance to fiscal legislation
- Ensure initiation and execution of activities needed to comply with local tax legislation and ensure payment and accounting of VAT, project taxes, corporate income tax to perform business activities without (fiscal) legal sanctions.
Tax legislation
- Provides financial accounting team and relevant cross functions departments with technical tax advice/ update and assistance in tax matters as necessary.
- Analyses and communicates changes in tax regulations which impact the company’s businesses, to continuously safeguard compliance of the company with these changing regulations and to give direction to tax issues which enhances company’s interests.
- Independently researches and analyses key tax issues to assist senior management positions in the Finance department.
Tax relations & communications
- Being key coordinator as for tax reporting, tax finalization, tax audit process as well as tax related matters to relevant tax authorities.
- Develops and maintains network of external contacts in the field of fiscal legislation and keeps up with developments, to ensure value added partnerships for the company and to make maximal use of fiscal opportunities.
Dispute settlement
- Settles disputes or sets the basis for litigation of fiscal claims and provides support or represents the company in such matters, if necessary, supported by tax consultants, in order minimize legal and financial consequences of tax disputes.
Management advice & information
- Provides support to the tax input to the Reporting & Controlling function in line with company’s guidelines to draw up financial planning for the company.
- Proactively advises Finance management, regarding all relevant fiscal matters for the company, to ensure tax awareness in decision making and to minimize financial risks.
2 Treasury
- In charge of operational funding to ensure sufficient fundings for the needs while maintaining reasonable cash outstanding level.
- Liaise with bankers for relevant treasury matters
- Maintain and manage bank accounts and credit facilities
- Building financing plans
3 Operation partnering
- Capex support and business cases
- Supporting integrated business plan
- Finance partner for Production and Supply Chain and Procurement
- Supporting & validating relevant budget and forecast.
- Procurement analysis and support action planning
- Variances analysis support action planning
- Operations analysis and insights
- Dashboarding of operational KPI’s and support making action planning
4 People Management
- Manages and coaches the team of 3 including him or herself, motivates & develop employees through sincere and concrete feedback and takes appropriate action when needed. Goal settings and complete performance review process for all team members.
5 Corporate Admin Support (Legal matters)
- Pricing registration with Authority (Service of Finance)
- Other legal related matters
- Handle business licenses, investment registration, legal entities registration upon needs; if necessary, shall be supported by law firm/ consultancy service.
- Maintain legal docs to group system (blueprint)
- Maintain legal docs to compliance link system.
- Corporate contract managements
- Legal cases (if any)
6 Insurance
- Products liability insurance (global coordination)
- Liaising internally or externally to coordinate insurance policies upon needs
- Properties damage and business interruption insurance (global coordination)
- Cargo insurance (global coordination)
- Directors’ liability insurance (global coordination)
- Vehicle insurances
- Trade insurance (if feasible)

Yêu cầu công việc

Competencies (Academic qualifications, Experiences & personal attributes)
• Familiar with legal business environment in Vietnam, code of conducts and business regulation in general.
• Good Vietnamese skills, both in writing and speaking.
• Computer skills: excellent Excel & Microsoft- words or Microsoft office in general.
• Self- starter and reliable team player with professional behaviors
• Technology savvy with experience in ERP System and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar.
• Recognized qualifications in Economics/ Accounting/Finance, with a Bachelor of Art, bachelor of college or equivalent as minimum.
• English skills: intermediate level at least, understanding relevant terminologies.
• Minimum solid 7 years experiences finance & accounting/ tax/ treasury, in which there are at least 3- 5 years in MNC or international Company or local listed company with strong expertise and leadership skills.
• Effective & comprehensive communication skills
• Logical and analytical, being familiar with operational processes and data analysis.
