The Successful Applicant:
Demonstrates a proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving profitability targets.
Possesses a minimum of 15 years of extensive experience in senior management positions within the FMCG sector.
Exhibits exceptional leadership abilities, coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Holds a Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Proficient in both English and Vietnamese, with strong analytical and problem- solving capabilities.
