MANAGING DIRECTOR (LOGISTICS INDUSTRY)

* To counsellor business strategies for BOM to depend on business period.
- Update, survey and analysis: the markets, customers, clients, logistics policy, logistics forwarder policy , ect...., logistics section business activities.
- Buid up revenues target, customers target and profits every month, year.
* Supervise and support staffs to sales activities and the customer services in time.
- Check and adjust the sales quotation to customer (if need), daily report, monthly report form staffs.
- Assit staffs how to have timely effective works and have a lot of the customer.
- Support timely when staffs have difficuties cases with customers or other departments.
* Manage sales logistics department resources.
- Buid up the department's organizartional structure, to arrange suitable works in oder that a best effectiveness business.
- Propose to recruit, train and develope sales team.
- Suggest suitable support policy: salary, benefit, other supports in oder how to up the career, how to do effectiveness business works.
* Make the related other works as CEO's assignment.

- Literacy: University or upper
- Experience: over 5 years in related logistics & forwarder services
- Majors: Economics, Foreign Trade, ..
- Foreign language (English): Good at 4 skills
- Key Skills: Skill of solving problems, leadership skill, time management skill, negotiation skill, persuative skill, …
- Good in Microsolf office
- Other requirements: Be able to work under high pressure
- Both Vietnamese and foreigner.
