Job Decription:
ECA Preparation and Teaching:
Manage small class sizes of 8- 10 students in schools or community settings.
Design and conduct ECAs focused on cultural exploration, including activities such as board games, crafts, and simple science projects.
Provide feedback to students and parents/guardians about participation and progress in ECAs.
Create a positive and interactive environment that encourages student participation and cultural engagement.
HSK Learning Support:
Provide tailored support to students preparing for HSK exams, helping them strengthen foundational skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Assist students in building HSK vocabulary, mastering grammar concepts, and improving general language skills.
Identify and address individual student learning needs to enhance their language proficiency.
HSK Test Preparation:
Track student progress and adapt teaching approaches to ensure they reach their desired HSK level.
Conduct structured practice sessions and mock exams to familiarize students with the HSK test format and requirements.
Teach test- taking strategies to help students maximize their performance in the exams.
Offer constructive feedback on reading and writing exercises, focusing on grammar, sentence structure, and essay writing.
Tutor students in reading comprehension and writing skills for HSK exams, focusing on achieving certification goals.
Cultural Activities and Event
Participate in holiday camps, school events, and community programs as needed.
Organize and lead cultural workshops and events to promote Mandarin language and culture.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and HSK practice results.
Collaborate with the Head of Product and Head of Pedagogy to align curricula and programs.
Prepare and organize materials and resources for ECAs and HSK preparation classes.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Passion for teaching and promoting Mandarin language and culture in a diverse environment.
Teaching certification CTCSOL is A MUST.
Proficiency in Mandarin at HSK Level 5 or above.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Overseas study or work experience in mainland China and Taiwan is a plus.
Experience in designing and conducting ECAs, such as board games, crafts, and science projects.
Collaborate with the Head of Product and Head of Pedagogy for curriculum and program alignment.
Proven experience teaching Mandarin and preparing students for HSK exams, with expertise in reading and writing.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese to support communication and instruction.
