Manual QA Engineer (Tester)

Ensure that software meets the specified requirements and standards.
Utilize TestLink for test management and documentation.
Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements.
Identify, document, and track software defects using Mantis bug tracking system.
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not reoccur.

Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle issues.
Proficiency in using TestLink for test management and Mantis for bug tracking.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
