Responsibilities:
Conducting tests and reporting defects or issues encountered during testing
Studying/ analyzing requirements and designing test cases, test scenarios
Collaborating with QC leads to design and develop test plans, strategies, and approaches for comprehensive testing
Managing and reporting the testing result to QC Leader and PM
Other tasks assigned by the QC Leader
Report and document bugs/issues, in a timely, and concise
Work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, customer service, operation, etc.) to deliver product success
Have complete responsibility for enhancing end- to- end manual test coverage
Provide estimates for testing task times and meeting durations
Assisting in training, supporting new team members, interns, or junior QC as needed
Qualifications:
Know about relational databases such as MySQL, and Postgres.
Graduated from College/University in Information Technology/Computer
Able to bear good pressure if the project requirements are urgent
2 years in a Manual testing/ Quality Controller position
Able to self- learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
Be a logical and detailed- oriented person
Experience in documenting test cases, bugs, and associated reporting
Good English (Reading & Writing Skills)
Be eager to explore new things and prove yourself as a fast learner
Proactive, creative, enthusiastic, responsible at work, and have good logical thinking
Experience in API testing and using API testing tools Postman, SoapUI,..
Able to work independently with minimal guidance
Familiar with the Agile development methodologies
Ability to apply QC best standard/practice, method, and tool
Have a customer mindset & good communication skills to collect or clarify all project requirements
