As a Manual Test Engineer
in our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our innovative food ordering platform. You will work to test all systems and applications for functionality and the discovery of defects and bugs. You will play an active role in our development team as a critical part Anh Beo’s product development, quality control, and product improvement processes. You will work at our office located in Tay Ho, Hanoi.
Job Functions
Software Development

Execute tests and report results.
Collaborate with software development teams to thoroughly understand the project scope, testing objectives, and requirements. Ability to read and comprehend business requirement documents and product design specifications.
Design and develop test cases using various testing methodologies.
Work closely with developers, designers, and support teams during release planning and execution.
Execute test cases, log bugs, and track the bug- fixing process.
Ensure quality control, making sure the system/product is built according to design and meets business requirements.
Create test plans and build test scenarios for API, Web, and Mobile applications.
Write user manuals or documentation when needed.
Perform smoke testing on the UAT environment before handing it over to end users.

Employee Skills, Experience, and Attributes Required:

Strong skills in analyzing business requirements.
Proactive mindset with a strong focus on user experience and quality.
Solid knowledge of software testing principles and software development lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience in manual testing of Mobile Apps, Web Applications, and APIs.
At least 2 years of experience in QA/QC/Test engineering.
Good understanding of test design techniques and testing strategies.

Prior work experience with restaurant management systems or delivery platforms.
