Produce clear and concise testing documentation, strictly adhering to the testing process.
Review and analyze software requirements, identifying any unclear or inconsistent elements and seeking clarification through Q&A processes.
Coordinate with Stakeholders, Product Owners, and the Scrum Team to break down and clarify regression test cases for manual and automation testing.
Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to design effective test strategies.
Provide testing support for web/desktop applications created by our in- house IT development team, ensuring end- to- end testing and quality control throughout the project lifecycle, from Blueprinting to Implementation.
Work closely with development and business teams to communicate the impact of issues and understand business requirements.
Liaise with development teams to ensure adequate resolution of defects and conduct retesting as necessary.
Provide regular reports to QA leadership or Functional/ Dedicated Team Leader, updating on task progress and status.
Analyze tickets, defect trends, and stakeholder feedback to improve testing quality and effectiveness.
Maintain close alignment with QC Lead and colleagues to ensure testing scope and objectives are consistent across assigned modules.
Actively participate in Agile meetings (stand- ups, planning, reviews, etc.) to understand user stories, acceptance criteria, and provide testing feedback within Agile sprint teams.
Collaborate as a member of the Functional/Dedicated Development Team for one or multiple modules.
Engage in recommended training activities to enhance competencies, testing techniques, and process understanding, as suggested by Team Leaders.
Take ownership of testing services within the assigned Functional/Dedicated Team.
Analyze, report, and monitor test results, tracking defects in the system and investigating defect reports from production support to isolate their root causes.
Develop comprehensive manual test cases and test scenarios based on requirements and user stories.
Perform a diverse range of testing types, including functional testing, non- functional testing (performance, security, etc.), and API testing.
