Manual Tester

Generate and analyze test reports, providing insights and recommendations for database improvements.
Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools, working closely with database developers to resolve issues.
Validate data against business requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness across different data sources.
Conduct performance testing on databases to ensure that queries and data retrieval processes are optimized.
Create and execute detailed test cases and test scripts for various database scenarios, including CRUD operations, indexing, and stored procedures.
Ensure data consistency and integrity during data migration, integration, and transformation processes.
Work closely with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver high- quality database solutions.
Ensure that databases comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Write and execute SQL queries to validate data and ensure that database operations return the expected results.
Perform comprehensive manual testing of databases, including data validation, data migration, and back- end testing to ensure data integrity.

Strong problem- solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data- related issues.
Strong understanding of relational database concepts, including tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in testing and data validation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently in a fast- paced environment.
Hands- on experience writing complex SQL queries for data validation and testing purposes.
Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing with a focus on database testing.
Experience with database management and testing tools (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or similar).
