Manual Tester and Business Analyst

This full- time position places you right in the heart of our vibrant team in HCMC, where you&039;ll work on projects for prominent clients from Switzerland and Europe, under the guidance of our Head of Development. Our cozy office is more than just a workplace; it&039;s a place where your ideas can flourish.
We are currently searching for a capable Manual Tester and Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough manual testing of our websites and working in a Business Analyst role to write detailed requirements and user stories. This role is instrumental in enhancing the user experience of our web platforms while ensuring that solutions provided meet the business needs.

Manual Testing (70%):

Execute manual testing, report bugs, and verify bug fixes.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to improve testing strategies.
Conduct post- release and post- implementation testing.
Perform regular website tests and report any issues or bugs.
Work closely with the development team to ensure the applications are tested to the defined level of acceptance.
Execute functional and regression test cases, report and document all issues, test results, and testing summaries in detail.
Analyze user requirements, design documents and other documentation to develop detailed test cases
Develop test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test reports for our website projects.

Business Analysis (30%) :

Use business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are implemented as expected.
Facilitate communication between the technical and non- technical teams.
Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
Assist in creating functional use cases and other document designs when necessary.
Write clear, detailed, and well- structured requirements and user stories.
Assist in the prioritization of new features and bugs.

What We&039;re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Ability to collaborate with a dynamic and creative design team.
Commitment to excellence and a detail- oriented work ethic.
Strong teamwork capabilities and reliability.
Ambition, enthusiasm, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Over 2 years of experience in Manual Testing
Highly organized, driven, with proven agency environment skills.
Proficiency in English.
