Manual Tester (French Speaking)

In this role, you will be a senior manual tester. You will work alongside a team of like- minded individuals within the Testing community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements.

Responsibilities:

Involved in investigating the issues, bugs, and feedback as they arise
Work and interact cross- team with clients, product owners, developers, business analysts, and IT personnel
Manage the changes and execute regression tests
Establish procedures to review requirements and build test plans, strategies, documentation and testing roadmap grooming
Create test report
Collate and monitor the defect management process
Responsible for planning, keeping control of testing activities and meet productgoals, manage team member’s tasks and time

Primary Skills:
Must have Technical Requirements / Qualifications

Team- player with experience working with international and multi- functional teams
Hands- on experience with Agile methodologies; demonstrated ability to provide a testing perspective as an input into Backlog refinement and Sprint planning.
Knowledge of the business domains: Insurance (Life/Non- life), Banking; is a plus
Ability to work under high pressure and tight schedule
Good communication in French is a must
Tools: Postman, Azure DevOps, JIRA/Confluence, HP QC
Skills in interpreting the test basis (requirements, functional and technical design)
Knowledge and experience in Automation/Performance testing is a plus
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience primarily in tester role
Skills in test plan, testability review and test design techniques
Vast exposure to working with different types of testing (e.g. functional system integration, regression, etc).
Good communication in English is a plus
Willingness to fully take responsibility and ownership of the quality assurance process.
