Manual Tester (Middle/Senior)

Job Description:

Coordinate with software engineers and other teams to ensure optimal product quality.
Define test coverage and develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on the project requirements.
Execute manual test cases and record test results accurately. Be ready to support Automation testing if required.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to convey testing progress, results, issues, and recommendations.
Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test evidence and test reports.
Set up test environments and ensure readiness for testing activities.
Collaborate with the project team to understand software requirements and specifications.
Perform regression testing to ensure that defects have been adequately addressed.

Job Requirements:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
3+ years of experience in manual testing for software application.
Strong attention to details to ensure accuracy and provide validation of results.
Good English communication to effectively collaborate within an international team.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies and techniques.
Hands- on experience with API testing (preferably using Postman) and other various testing types such as functional testing, regression testing, cross- platform testing, performance testing, etc.
Knowledge of SQL and the ability to write basic database queries would be an advantage.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent hands- on experience in software testing.
