Manual Tester (QA QC)

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Understanding:
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand application requirements and design.
Test Planning & Strategy:
Design and implement automated tests where applicable.
Develop detailed test plans and strategies for functional, integration, and regression testing.
Test Execution:
Identify, log, and prioritize defects and inconsistencies.
Execute test cases, ensuring the application&039;s performance, reliability, and stability.
Quality Control:
Review the software development process to ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor debugging process results and track quality assurance metrics.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the development and DevOps teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.
Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain documentation of test results, and provide regular updates on quality metrics.
Analyze and report on any patterns or trends in software defects.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with new testing tools, test strategies, and best practices in a DevOps environment.
Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.
Additional: Test Automation in a DevOps Environment is an advantage
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Collaborate with the DevOps team to integrate test automation into deployment processes.
Ensure automated tests are executed during the CI/CD process and any failures are addressed promptly.

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps development processes.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Have 2- 3 years of experience in the same position.
Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills.
Preferred: candidate is able to work immediately.
Proven experience in software quality assurance.
Experience with automated testing tools and their integration into CI/CD pipelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
