Manual Tester (QA QC)

As a Software Tester at ELCA, your analytical and technical skills will directly contribute the quality of the software. Whether the testing is manual, automated, or cognitive you hold a key role in releasing the best deliverables to the customer. We Make It Work!

You are responsible for the following activities:
Address issues relating to testing quality.
Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system.
Work closely with the development team to design testing strategies.
Analyze change requests and update test documents (Test plan, test cases, etc.).
Design, maintain, and execute manual test cases.
Communicate progress, test results to Testlead.
Review and clarify Software requirement specification

Yêu cầu công việc

Background in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related discipline
Basic knowledge of testing methodology and testing tools
Good oral and written communication skills.
Experience in designing test cases based on requirements.
For Non- IT background, at least 1 year of experience as a QC/Tester/similar roles
Strong passion for IT software and testing.
Ability to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority.

Nice to have :
Experience with Agile based testing approaches is a plus
Research/ experience with Automation testing is a plus.
