Manufacturing Engineer - Kỹ Sư Sản Xuất

Production:
- Responsible for updating the document in mass production (work instructions, start- up checklist...). Ensure the document used in production is the right version
- Support the production supervisor to control the efficiency and production fulfillment to achieve the target
- Manage quantity and status of measuring tools, golden samples, and equipment in the production area. Ensure all tools and equipment are validated. Inform the related department if tools or equipment need to be improved or out of validation.
- Monitoring Maintenance level 1 is full filled.
- Review the Pareto of scrap in line and take the corrective action to reduce the scrap through the QRQC meeting
- Prepare training plan & WI and perform training for the Production team
New project:
- Confirm the parameters of each station on a new project from the Engineering team.
- Support for another department to build PFMEA of the new process.
- Involve with Engineering on new industrialization project. Review and advise on engineering design tools and technology for new projects.
- Prepare WI, startup checklist, SPC chart, maintenance level 1 for each station, and conduct training for production teams on new processes and equipment.
Continual Improvement:
- Developing and implementing projects to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
- Implement Poka Yoke for each station in line to avoid defects and mistakes from the Operator.
- Take leadership to lead the kaizen, continuous improvement activities in the production line, to increase efficiency, and reduce scrap.
Manage the Change in process:
- Responsible for the change in the production line to ensure there are not any changes without approval. Update document related to change and training for Line Leader and Operator.
- Cooperating with Quality Process to solve the issues that arise in the production area and inform the manager in time.
Transfer project:
- Provide a list of tools, equipment, machines, spare parts, and non- BOM consumption.
- Provide lesson learned of process.

- Good English
- Education: Bachelor&039;s degree and suitable technical degree in technical schools.
- Have knowledge about Manufacturing industry, Lean manufacturing, 5 core tools, IATF 16949, ISO 14001
- Experience: Advanced experience level as manufacturing engineer or strong mechanical experience at least 2 years.
- Good use of Solidwork
