Manufacturing Engineer - Kỹ Sư Sản Xuất

· Responsible to develop, continually improve, and document robust yield solution to achieve the highest product performance in a cost efficient manner
· Responsible to interface with internal associates and supplier representatives as required to complete assigned Yield & Alignment projects
· Adhere to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards
· Support continuous improvement & global alignment activities using six- sigma and other statistical problem- solving methods
· Analyze data using sound statistical methodology to drive yield improvements and process/HW alignment
· Support the development & transferring of new process & HW solutions to improve yield performance across multiple functional areas within Manufacturing Engineering
· Support solution implementation to address yield challenges & improve alignment of process, HW & best practices globally
· Domestic and International travel as required
· Basic understanding of and ability to interpret the results from physical and electrical failure analytical techniques and various compositional analysis measurements
· Responsible for identify & solving day- to- day production yield & alignment issues related to equipment and process problems
· Works with minimal supervision & maintain effective communication with production associates and manufacturing engineers

Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 0- 3 years Engineering Experience in a manufacturing setting or 3 years technical experience in a Manufacturing setting or
· Associates Degree in a technical discipline with 2 years as First Solar Manufacturing Engineering Technician III, or at least 6 years technical experience in a Manufacturing setting
· Master’s or PhD degree in a technical discipline with 0- 2 years Engineering Experience in a manufacturing setting
Required Skills:
· Basic understanding in Design of Experiments
· Ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Preferred to have basic know- how in Yield Analysis techniques and systems
· Understands and can apply SPC to control and improve processes
· Understands and can apply Structured Problem Solving Method (such as DMAIC)
· Understands and can apply Statistical Data Analysis
· Preferred to have relevant semiconductor and/or PV module manufacturing experiences in at least one of the following fields: material handling & fully automated production equipment, servo motor controls, robotics/handling equipment, PLC&039;s and precision
· Understands metrology and measurement best practices
· Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
· Good problem solving skills
· Good oral and written communications skills
· Basic understanding in General Electronics and Mechanical Systems
