Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Jobsummary:

- Responsible and accountable for continuous improvement and efficiencies across the company’s products, systems, operations and processes.

- To continuously monitor overall production, share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities.

Target :

- Responsible for the successful management and implementation of improvement projects/initiatives across the company by developing an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible team and building working relationships.

- Supports the departmental levels in achieving the expected performance of efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery

Basic duty:

- Daily monitoring of project improvement, production and its progress.

- Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, recruitment, training, development, appraisal, disciplinary issues and daily supervision to maximize efficient productivity.

- Facilitates and supports kaizen activities to identify and analyze operational improvement opportunities

- Monitor, review and report ME weekly and monthly report

- Monitor, review & report KIT template, monthly dashboards & project highlights

- Review monthly performance summary report; excel file summary and presentation

- Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.

- Do other task that may assign by immediate superior

- Coordinate and support customer visit

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or any related courses

Good at both English and Chinese languages
