Manufacturing Excellence Excecutive (Denim Production Focus)

Focus on researching solutions for the smart factory model.
Collaborate to create SOP for departments based on ISO standards. Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure operational compli ance with procedures.
Conduct on- site surveys to identify abnormal issues within the factory that may cause losses to the company; collect data, analyze root causes, and
propose corrective actions. Initiate improvement projects, research implementation steps, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues
Study the operation methods, production organization, and technologies applied in other companies (both past and current). Analyze the strengths and
Monitor the implementation of 6S: conduct evaluations, reporting, and follow- up actions to ensure corrective measures are taken.
Coordinate with the team to research and develop improvements.

Experience:

Technical Skills: Data analysis, planning & execution, and training facilitation.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Power BI.
Basic English skills are an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in apparel/textile manufacturing, preferably with denim products (washing, cutting, sewing).
