Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor (Giám Sát Bảo Trì) - US Company

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
Work with engineering, quality, and customer service departments to investigate issues related to automated manufacturing.
Coordinate projects on existing machinery to improve quality, throughput, and safety.
Responsible for timely procurement of necessary tools, supplies, and equipment required for the technician staff to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently.
Coordinate schedules for technical group to ensure all manufacturing times have adequate Technician coverage.
Could potentially involve handling hazardous materials.
Interface with engineering on tooling/machinery for new projects and products associated with automated manufacturing.
Responsible for the general safety of all Automation/Hand Fill equipment.
Responsible for management of staff including discipline, performance evaluations, etc.
Responsible for Preventative Maintenance program for all manufacturing process related equipment.

Required Experience

Working time: Mon- Sat (7.30am to 4.30pm, willing to work in shift as requested)

3 years experience in maintenance, 2 years experience in group management/leadership.

Basic communicative English, detailed oriented and presentation skills

Strong knowledge about PLC, Automation.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor Degree related Technical
