ROLE OBJECTIVE
Optimize facility and staff utilization for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Take full responsibility for ensuring timely and complete supply to stores, meeting quality, cost, planning, delivery, and safety standards.
Oversee manufacturing operations, including manpower and budgeting for production volume, quality assurance, supply planning, and safety.
Prioritize and implement Lean Business strategies and foster continuous improvement in all manufacturing areas.
Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across manufacturing to ensure projects meet cost, time, and quality targets.
Responsibilities
Production
Organize departmental structure and teams for optimal operations.
Identify and facilitate training opportunities to enhance staff skills.
Oversee equipment procurement, maintenance, and layout.
Provide progress and production reports to executive leadership.
Develop and implement manufacturing strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance business performance.
Collaborate with the Supply Unit Head on long- term operational goals and technology integration.
Monitor production reports to uphold safety, quality, financial, and delivery objectives.
Coordinate with the CFO to establish operating budgets.
Supervise product manufacturing to maintain consistent standards in performance and quality.
Production Planning:
Balance inventory and supply planning to meet customer service goals.
Lead projects related to product launches, line extensions, and supply chain initiatives.
Manage material and resource flow throughout the organization.
Build a team of Supply planners to ensure accurate forecasting and supply planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine production volume and inventory requirements.
Quality Assurance:
Develop strategies to enhance productivity.
Train, motivate, and coach employees to uphold quality standards.
Develop, monitor, and audit processes affecting product quality.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain high- quality standards within the production environment.
Review processes to align with industry trends.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
Perform other duties as assigned.
Identify opportunities for environmental improvements.
Ensure a safe working environment and regulatory compliance.
Review environmental strategies and technological systems to support sustainability.
Job Requirements
Bachelor&039;s degree required; Master&039;s degree preferred.
Ability to set and communicate long- term goals effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled in motivating and organizing teams to achieve objectives.
Thorough understanding of manufacturing policies and practices.
Minimum ten years of industrial management experience.
Excellent organizational and managerial abilities.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00- 18:00), with weekend availability if required.
Location: Long An Province.
