Marketing & Brand Management
• Execute marketing and communication plans in line with the hotel’s annual marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
• Maintain and update the hotel’s brand asset library (images, videos, logos, templates).
• Coordinate the development and production of marketing collateral such as brochures, fact sheets, presentations, videos, and photography.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, print materials, and on- property signage.
Content Creation & Communications
• Create, edit, and manage engaging content for all marketing channels, including website, social media, newsletters, EDMs, press releases, and internal communications.
• Proofread all marketing materials to ensure accuracy, tone, and brand compliance.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting aligned with campaigns, seasonal offers, and key business periods.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to collect accurate information for promotional content.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
• Monitor online reviews and coordinate responses with relevant departments when required.
• Monitor online performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic) and prepare basic performance reports.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM coordination with agencies where applicable).
• Manage and update hotel content across digital platforms, including website, OTA listings, Google Business Profile, and social media channels.
Public Relations & Media Relations
• Assist in handling media enquiries in coordination with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Liaise with media partners, PR agencies, and external vendors as required.
• Support PR activities, including media relations, press coverage tracking, and press kit preparation.
• Coordinate media visits, influencer stays, photo shoots, and video productions.
Events, Campaigns & Activations
• Coordinate logistics for events such as hotel openings, media events, fam trips, sales missions, and brand activations.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and on- property activations.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth execution and strong guest experience during events.
Internal Coordination & Cross- Department Collaboration
• Ensure timely approvals of marketing materials in accordance with brand and corporate guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure marketing activities support business objectives.
• Support internal communication initiatives to engage associates and align teams with marketing campaigns.
Budget & Administration
• Manage purchase requests, invoices, and vendor documentation in coordination with Finance.
• Assist in tracking marketing expenses and maintaining marketing budgets.
• Maintain an organized filing system for contracts, quotations, and marketing materials.
Sustainability & Brand Values (Optional – if applicable)
• Support sustainability- related communication initiatives in alignment with the hotel’s ESG and brand commitments.
• Assist in promoting responsible tourism, community engagement, and environmental initiatives through marketing channels.
