Design and manage integrated marketing communications policy for Angsana & Dhawa Ho Tram. This includes determining communication objectives, designing the message in accordance to brand guidelines and selecting appropriate channels of communication.2. Develop and manage advertising programs, including managing the advertising budget, selecting the advertising message and evaluating the advertising effectiveness.
Generate an annual calendar of marketing/advertising activities and Special Events.
Cultivate key media contacts in Vietnam, regionally and internationally.
Increase public awareness of Angsana & Dhawa Ho Tram through quality exposure in various media through advertising, editorial, awards, events and visiting journalist programs.
To appoint and then manage the relationship between Angsana & Dhawa Ho Tram and any local, regional or international Public Relations Agencies.
Develop and oversee implementation of media relation goals and strategies, including handling of all media inquiries, press releases, organization of media events and press conferences, as needed. Will also be expected to maintain effective communication with major media representatives, editors and publishers.
Develop a full range of experiences, events and “stories” in order to solidify the value of the destination and the services and facilities in and around Angsana & Dhawa Ho Tram.
Develop and update the Angsana & Dhawa Ho Tram Press Kit, issue regular press releases, featured stories.
Identify opportunities to further expose Angsana & Dhawa Ho Tram to to external parties through the creation and/or sponsoring of cultural, art, social, sporting and networking events that are aligned with the overall positioning of Angsana & Dhawa Ho Tram and sound in delivering a strong ROI.
Develop promotional tools to stimulate customer interest, purchase or investment and increase brand or product awareness. These include:
Premium discounts, gifts or merchandise to motivate sales and extend brand awareness.
Free trials.
Working closely with Banyan Group lifestyle Services.
Use of Gift Certificates.
Prizes and competitions.
Prepare monthly reports on past and future activities and ensure ROI calculations are evaluated for each activity (including media returns).
Ensure the accuracy and meticulous review of all marketing collaterals developed.
Other tasks and responsibilities are assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing and the Hotel Management.
Work closely with BGHR corporate marketing team for the creation and delivery of special events.
To develop meaningful and beneficial relationships with Luxury Goods, Airlines, Automobile, Liquor Companies and Distributors etc. in order to co- promote each other’s products and partner for special events and projects.
Host special groups and media familiarization trips when appropriate and relevant.
