Marcom Manager – Trưởng Phòng Truyền Thông & Tiếp Thị

Key Result Area:
• Responsible for completing marketing plan for property.
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Manage company’s websites, social network account, PR agents
• Develop for marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites.
• Build and maintain our social media presence
• Work close with Sales team to build the promotion, price strategy
• Be in charge of the production of printing materials
• Handle other marketing activities
• Create marketing plan and manage marketing budget through year.
Other Duties
• Performs other relevant duties as directed by the General Manager.
• To comply with all standards of performance, behaviour, and operational policies and procedures in place at the golf club at all times.
• Participates in internal and external activities that are judged as appropriate to enhance the prestige of the company; or broadens the scope of the company’s operations by fulfilling the public obligations of the company as a participating member of the community.

Requirements
• Good writing skill
• At least 2 year experience in the Marcom Manager position
• Comprehensive knowledge of most popular Social media channel as Facebook, instagram, Google, SEO…
• Excellent organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines.
• Work well under pressure
• English proficiency, especially reading and writing
• Ability to multitask and mange time effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
