Marcoms Manager / Assistant Marcom Manager

- Manage media vendors, contracts pay outs budgets accruals and invoices
- Research and competitor analysis in travel and hospitality market in Danang to identify new opportunities develop strategies for new channels
- Plan, manage and execute Paid search and Paid Digital Media campaigns, including but not limited to account set up, strategy development, organization, optimization and management.
- Prepare related reports on analysis of social media
- Planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all markets/data analysis and social media activities
- Monthly web direct performance
- Day to day implementation of performance marketing tactics on all channels which includes search marketing , meta search and other potential digital channels.
- Oversee and implement retention strategies using email, newsletters, and social online media to increase the customer’s frequency as part of an overall strategy to develop direct bookings to the hotel via the brand website
- Developing annual marketing communication budgets and action plans
- Leads a team of Marketing executive, digital marketing executive , Graphic artist
- Assisting the Food & Beverage with yearly promotional and strategic plan, including the E- Marketing platforms to improve both positioning and market perception
- Reports to Director of sales and marketing
- Developing and implementing the advertising budget for both local and international markets
- Execute all communications and branding concept and strategies both within the hotel and externally in order to maximize hotels brand awareness in line with the positioning within the target market that includes:-
- Liaises on e- commerce initiatives with Revenue Manager

Bachelor Degree in Marketing or other relevant fields with Marketing professional qualifications
Leadership and mentorship skills
A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar capacity in a 5- stars international hotel /resort
Possess excellent communication and customer relation skills
Impeccable administration planning and follow through skills
Good organizer, ability to prioritize workload & work within tight deadlines
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
