Holidays: 1 day a week (weekdays)
Monthly working hours: up to 200 hours/month
Salary: 10- 20 million VND
Work location: Nha Trang
Working days: Saturdays, Sundays, weekdays (4 days)

You will be responsible for marketing and sales of the following two businesses.
★1st:Marine tour cliet`s development
We will use our own cruiser boat (Smile VIP) to sell sea activities and tours in Nha Trang.

③Advertise: Use the Internet or flyers to let customers and travel companies (agencies) know about your tour.
④Tour Sell: Sell tours by accepting tour reservations and answering customer questions.
②Know your clients: Think about what kind of people are interested in this tour and understand what they are looking for.
⑤ Listen to opinions: Listen to the good points and areas for improvement from the customers who participated in the tour, and use them for the next time.

① Think of a tour: Think of a fun tour by combining activities that can be enjoyed at sea (diving, snorkeling, cruising, cruiser charter, fishing tour, eco tour, etc.).

★Second IT (customer development for application development)
You will develop a company (sending organization) with a Vietnamese person who wants to work (specific skills) in Japan, and use the engineer matching app (developed by our company) to help them achieve results.
⑥ Gather information: Always check what other similar apps are doing and whether the needs of engineers and companies (sending organizations) have changed, and improve your app to match the times. I&039;ll go.
④Make a proposal: Contact the company (sending organization) directly, explain the benefits of using this app to find engineers, and suggest using the app.

② Find Client: Search for engineers or companies (sending organizations) who might find this app useful.

ツアーを販売して頂きます。

②お客様を知る: どんな人たちがこのツアーに興味があるかを考え、その人たちが何を求めているかを理解します。
①ツアーを考える: 海で楽しめるアクティビティ(ダイビング、シュノーケリング、クルージング、クルーザーチャーター、釣りツアー、エコツアーなど)を組み合わせて、楽しいツアーを考えます。
⑥流行をチェック: 新しい海のアクティビティがないかや、他の会社がどんなツアーをしているかを調べて、いつも新鮮なツアーを提供できるようにします。

①アプリをよく知る: あなたがが宣伝するアプリがどんな機能を持っていて、エンジニアや会社にどんなメリットがあるのかをしっかり理解します。

②お客様を見つける: このアプリが役立ちそうなエンジニアや会社(送出し機関)を探します。
③宣伝する: インターネットの広告やSNS、メールなどを使って、アプリの存在を多くの人に知ってもらいます。時には、イベントを開いたり、ウェビナー(オンラインでのセミナー)を行ったりして、直接人々にアプリを紹介することもあります。
⑤関係を築く: エンジニアや会社(送出し機関)と良い関係を作り、彼らがアプリに満足して続けて使ってくれるようにします。使ってみた感想を聞いたり、問題があれば解決したりします。
④提案する: 会社(送出し機関)に直接連絡を取り、このアプリを使ってエンジニアを探すメリットを説明し、アプリの使用を提案します。
