The Market Intelligence Manager will play a key role in the future direction of the Company and development of strategies, work independently and report to AMD and MD.
Evaluate prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets
Identify and collect market opportunities, appropriate customer, competitor, economic, financial and/or operational data in order to achieve individual, team and company revenue profit target.
Preparation of monthly report to AMD, MD and Director
Identification of best prospects in targeted segments
Provide ongoing market analysis for strategic planning as well as tactical sales support.
Support the Sales and Marketing departments in finding new ways to attract new customers, maximize value of existing customers, and retain the most profitable ones.
Supervision and conducting of marketing activities, such as farmer meetings, demo fields. Ensuring activities are properly executed, meeting targets and achieving results
Offer insights about product potentials.
Develops and maintains relationships with key customers to identify emerging needs and business challenges.
Do market in debt research on crop development in the regions, dealers network and work with local authorities such as SUB PPD to obtain market intelligence.
Translate data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports.
Manages and coordinates activities concerned with gathering, analyzing data, market trends and intelligence on specific topics (market segments, regions, clients, competitors, etc.).
Collection of market data related to business objectives
Meet with farmers, C1s, C2s and sub PPD to obtain market data from each region.
Manage and develop the business of 8 regions of the company.
Create reports, questionnaires and surveys. Analyze market and category trends, monitor competition and understand customer needs.
