Market Intelligence/ Strategy Associate

Reports to: Chief Strategy Officer
Function of the Position:
The Senior Market Intelligence role is a full- time professional position that works with CSO/ CEO to support strategic planning activities by providing actionable recommendations based on assessments of cybersecurity markets, technology trends, competitors, and company business strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Profiles the international cybersecurity market and competitive environment, providing insights that support strategic decision- making and go- to- market plans.
Performs thorough, systematic analysis of key industry trends; conducts research and gathers data using various methods such as surveys, interviews, and data analysis tools.
Supplies the market and competitive intelligence component of strategic planning, and proactively makes recommendations to C- level managers concerning key intelligence items that require further consideration.
Use metrics and data visualization effectively to report product portfolio performance and support decision- making at the team or organizational level
Deliver sound investment advice and strategies based on market performance

Maintains up- to- date knowledge of data sources, evaluating their credibility and potential utility, and leverages them across the company where appropriate

Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Able to operate within a team environment.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience and Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to articulate with strong presentation skills and to contribute to executive- level discourse; excellent written communication abilities.
Ability to network effectively at all levels and influence without direct management oversight.
High level of competence with the Microsoft Office suite (in particular, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills) is essential.
Demonstrated strength in problem- solving and analytics and capable of driving insight to action.
Strong customer focus and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadline constraints.
Solid understanding of the cybersecurity and/or technology industry.
