Marketing Admin Intern

Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities:
· Maintain an organized calendar for marketing events, meetings, and deadlines.
· Collaborate with the social media team to manage social activities.
· Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries related to marketing activities.
· Assist in coordinating logistics and preparing event materials.
· Contribute to team projects and participate in brainstorming sessions.
· Manage and organize marketing files, ensuring easy accessibility for the team.
· Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, basic presentations & reports and documentation.

Requirements:
· Excellent team- work spirit and well organized with great time management skills
· Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
· Takes initiative and ownership
· Highly adaptable to change and an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate.
· Strong command in oral and written English.
· Cheerful, self- initiative, good team player, and able to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment
· Familiarity with social media platforms.
· Strong teamwork skills, self- motivated, confident, and energetic
· Fair interpersonal and relationship building skills
