Marketing Administrator

Monthly Brand Activities
· Follow up Sampling and assigned tasks to ensure OTIF execution for Events and Activation.
· Receive brief from Brand team to prepare Decisions/ Contracts/ PR/ Orders follow up the end- to- end process.
· Deploy Consumer Promotion schemes / Decisions/ Contracts for Brand Marketing team.
Monthly Trade Activities
· Consolidate and prepare promotion volume and forecast in alignment with sales team and brand focus.
· Tracking and measure effective Trade spending by Channel
· Support sales team to prepare selling stories/ POSM and other sales toolkits to ensure good communication at POP.
· Work with Sales team and operation team to roll out the activities and do adjustments (if any).
Co- work with Marketing team in launch/ relaunch and consumer promotion
· Follow up with agencies and sales team.
· Prepare scheme and documents to proceed necessary to ensure JIT execution.
· In charge of in- store POSM design and Production & Delivery JIT.
Other tasks have been assigned by Manager.

1- 2 years in FMCG or dairy companies
More than 1 year experience of Data Analysis job
Good communication in Vietnamese and English
Basic knowledge of Trade Marketing/ Customer Marketing and Category management
Office: 80% & At field: 20%
Degree in Trade/ Sales/ Business Administration
Good in execution and follow up , track in details of activities
Good in interpersonal skill
Good Analytical Skills/ Excel file/ Microsoft Office. Know- how about Power BI is the advantage
