Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Business Plan
The Admission & Marketing Director is a central role in achieving goals and will work closely and in collaboration with branches to monitor the success of marketing initiatives through managing the Marketing plan, the analysis of admission data and statistics, with regular reporting to the Deputy CEO to update actions to deliver admission objectives.
To lead the business planning process, including developing annual total business planning for admission and marketing, rolling monthly forecasts, quarterly forecasts, and budgeting.
Marketing Branding
Lead the brand storytelling in developing the brand&039;s communication and activation strategy.
Build the annual strategic planning of the brand, involving defining goals, scheduling activities, and planning presentation.
To ensure in implementing marketing and communications strategy (including digital), ensuring ethos and vision are represented consistently and effectively through high- quality internal and external communications.
Ensure school profiles for all relevant education publications and external digital platforms are up- to- date.
Manage brand performance by monitoring brand performance indexes, market data, internal sales, and prices..., and seek alternatives to improve profitability and volume growth.
Establish an excellent working relationship with the broader staff to ensure timely information communication.
To lead the strategy formulation and implementation of enhancing the company&039;s brand name.
Manage strategic partners such as advertising agencies, consultancies, and brand- sponsored groups.
Marketing Performance:
Oversee the potential demand of the market and what businesses can adapt to have better performance.
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends, and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
Development and approval of media plans, ensuring efficiency and achievement of strategic objectives in all means of contact (TV, Digital, Social Networks, Outdoors…).
Utilize data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organization&039;s databases and external data.
Market Research for new products and Competitor watch
Admission:
Ensure that you develop, execute, and regularly monitor marketing, retention, and admissions plans that direct each phase of the internal and external marketing processes.
Ensure that every staff member in the branch company is aware of their role in attracting, converting, and retaining students and is actively and appropriately engaged in all three activities.
To ensure achieves the target growth and retention numbers in line with the annual budget.
To ensure that all branches have an outreach program that widens network and positive relationships and reputation in and with the community.
Working closely and in collaboration with Admission Managers from all Branches, jointly review and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and communication to ensure the successful delivery of student recruitment objectives, providing weekly reports to the Deputy CEO.
To contribute to the broader business through sharing best practices with the wider community and supporting or driving business development opportunities.
To create and implement a growth strategy and tactical business development plan that ensures student attraction, recruitment, and retention, based on the school&039;s promises and stories.
