Marketing and Communication Executive

The position is responsible for developing and executing brand and marketing strategy for performance coatings (Protective, Marine and Powder Coatings) to ensure growth in sales, market share and brand awareness.
- Be responsible for managing product innovation which includes leading and working with multi-functional team (Regional Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Finance) to prepare and implement launch programs and post evaluation;
- Be responsible for monitoring competitor movements, analyzing market trends, proposing relevant strategies and action plans;
- Be responsible for all ATL communication activities related to Jotun Vietnam in 360 approach: TVC, iTVC, digitals, Facebook, Youtube, SEO… to maximize the share of voice and share of spending.
- Coordinate for product phase in and phase out (costing, pricing, testing, internal and external communication, and product launch event);
- Manage all marketing activities including the identification of new product / market opportunities;
- Ensure timely coordination and preparation for supplying marketing materials, brochures, product presentations… for performance coatings;
- Ensure the performance coatings shop images are in line with shop guideline including signboards, materials and image;

- High level of integrity and responsibility;
- Knowledge in paints / coatings or building materials area would be an advantage;
- Computer literacy;
- Good communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese & English.
- Being pro-active, innovative and eager to learn and customer service orientation;
- University graduate with Marketing major and at least 3 years of working experience in related field;
- Ability to balance between independently working and teamwork;
