Marketing and Communication Executive

Job Description:

Develop communication strategies and plans.
Write content for various communication campaign components (Slogans, PR articles, Proposals, Social media content, Advertising content, Communication materials, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Propose ideas and oversee the execution of several marketing communication activities based on the campaign.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, providing suggestions for improvements and budget optimization.
Monitor and analyze market data, consumer trends, and customer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.
External relations: Connect and work with potential partners aligned with company goals, media partners, event organizers, and press agencies.
Analyze social media metrics, offering insights and suggestions for improvements.
Coordinate with the marketing and events team to organize brand promotion activities and product launch events.

Requirements:

Education: A Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Excellent writing skills with a sharp and diverse vocabulary. Professional communication and strong problem- solving abilities in both work and office environments.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience working in large companies or corporations; preference for candidates with experience in large- scale communication campaigns and a strong network with agencies, press, and organizations.
Qualities: Quick, sharp, creative, perceptive, dynamic, and eager to learn.
English Proficiency: Fluent in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
