Marketing And Communications Executive

Establish annual advertising strategy, manage advertising agency (selection / contract / agency), manage advertisement concept / draft development and production process according to strategy
In order to conduct public relations activities through the media, one must set up public relations activities and prepare press releases based on strategies and hold press conferences, press conferences, informal meetings and follow- up management such as articles and reporters.
Regularly manage the press and the journalist to provide information to the executives (media trends / news clipping, etc.). When negative articles are found, corrective measures are taken through reporter consultation.
Produces and manages the homepage, produces catalogs for each issue and conducts online communication
Responsible for creating and distributing group and in- house pictorials
Coach junior in the department to improve their capacity

Analytical thinking, Expanding/strengthening relationships
Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese (Negotiation/Presentation/Speech/Listening)
Having experience at the same position in a similar scale hotels and resort
