Establish and maintain good relationships with media agencies, press, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
Oversee official communication channels like the website, social media, press, and other media platformsto ensure consistent and effective information dissemination.
Content creation and information management:
Be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing communication content such as press releases, articles, videos, and promotional materials.
Ensure all communication content complies with league regulations and standards.
Develop fan communities and organize events:
Build and maintain fan communities, establishing a &039;multi- touchpoint&039; system to create an environment where fans can connect and share their passion for basketball.Organize community activities, fan clubs, and special events to strengthen the relationship between the league and fans.
Collect and analyze fan feedback:
Gather opinions and feedback from fans through surveys, interviews, and social media channels.
Analyze data to better understand fan needs and desires, and propose improvements for the league and teams.
