* Strategic Planning:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
Develop and execute the annual business strategy and annual marketing and trade plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
* Trade Marketing Execution:
Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, supply chain team, and brand principals to ensure timely and effective execution of trade marketing plans.
Coordinate and implement trade marketing activities, including promotions, campaigns, point- of- sale materials, and in- store activations.
* Marketing Campaign Management:
Support the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, product launches, and consumer promotions.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
* Budget Management:
Track expenditures, reconcile budgets, and provide regular financial updates to management.
Prepare and manage the marketing and trade marketing budgets, ensuring cost- effective utilization and reporting accuracy.
* Performance Analysis:
Compile and analyze data related to marketing and trade marketing activities to measure performance against KPIs.
Prepare insightful reports highlighting key learnings, opportunities, and recommended actions.
* Stakeholder Coordination:
Organize meetings and presentations, effectively communicating plans and outcomes to stakeholders.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, suppliers, and trade partners to ensure coordinated efforts.
Requirement
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience:
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing within the FMCG industry.
Proven experience in campaign execution, trade promotions, and market analysis.
* Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
